Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase we will refund the price in full, but please take note of the following :
- The item must be in perfect condition and returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
- All items returned must be unworn, unwashed with tags in place.
- Please enclose your order number as proof of purchase.
- As returned parcels are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us we recommend that you send them by traceable post.
- We do not refund the cost of returning the parcel to us.
- If returning an item please send to Funky Fitz, 14 Ard Na Greine, Shanbally Village, Cork.
Refunds
We will be happy to refund your card within 3 days of receiving your item where return conditions have been met. The refund can only be made to the same method of your original payment. You may need to allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. We would therefore advise you to allow up to 7 days from returned goods being received by us to seeing the refund in your account. In the unlikely case you have not received your refund within this time please contact us.
Exchanges
Do you need to exchange something ? That is no problem just take note of the following:
- Items that need to be exchanged should be returned in perfect condition within 14 days of delivery.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed with tags in place.
- Please enclose your order number as proof of purchase.
- We will send you out your replacement item free of charge. However you are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us, which we recommend that you send by traceable post.
- Please let us know that you are returning an item for exchange before you send it. You can do this by emailing us at info@funkyfitz.ie.
- When returning your item please send it to : FUNKY FITZ, 14 Ard Na Greine, Shanbally Village, Cork.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelled orders by Funky Fitz
On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock we may have to cancel that item within your order. If this occurs we will not have processed payment for the item on your card and the original card authorisation will be reversed. This should not result in a charge to your card. Please be aware that some banks display authorisation requests on their online banking, this is not an actual debit from your account.
We will also contact you to let you know when the item is due to return to stock.
